1. Is Tekong a manufacturer or trader?
Tekong is a source AV & conferencing manufacturer integrating R&D, production, sales and service, leveraging Shenzhen’s supply chain for OEM/ODM and technical support.
2. What OEM/ODM customization do you support?
Appearance (color/material/logo/laser/tooling), software (boot UI/firmware/APP), packaging (box/manual/accessory) and certification (CE/FCC/RoHS/3C). Full-chain customizable.
3. What is the minimum order quantity?
Flexible. Small trial orders from 50-100 units and large批量 both supported; depends on product and customization.
4. Can you help with certification?
We assist with CE, FCC, RoHS, 3C and other domestic/export certifications.
5. What is the lead time?
Sampling ~2-4 weeks, mass production ~3-6 weeks; standard and simple items faster, tooling projects per discussion.
6. Do you provide technical support?
We provide AV system design, consulting, configuration, install guidance and long-term support for contractors and integrators — your reliable back-end R&D and production factory.
